A Spring MRCA get-together will take place at the Military Transport 
Associations (MTA) Military Vehicle Show on April 18, 19 at the Sussex 
County Fairgrounds in northern New Jersey. The MTA invited the MRCA to 
attend their show to set-up our displays and play radio as we do at the Red 
Ball Military Express Meet in September. They have a covered area reserved 
for us.  Some of us will arrive on April 17 to reconnoiter and for early 
set-up.


This MRCA gathering will be more laid back than our September meeting. No 
presentations or remote radio communication operations are planned. We will 
use this opportunity to evaluate the site for future possibilities. There is 
overnight camping with showers that are reputed to be better than those at 
the Gilbert Fairgrounds.




Please send mail to kw1i at earthlink.net to let us know if you can come, and 
which day(s) you plan to come. We would like to have badges made up so we 
can have visibility at the event. The admission cost is $5 for the MTA show. 
There is no MRCA admission charge. There is a $10 overnight fairgrounds 
camping charge.
