[MRCA] No Leg info

Tom Campbell (the guy who does the excellent reproductions of the FT-250 as 
well as a few other mounts) has been working toward reproducing the legs.  I 
loaned him one of my LG-13's plus an LG-3-B last year.  I haven't checked with 
him recently.

And incidentally, and sorta related, I recently acquired a few more GC-7 
cranks.  Most are NATO marked, which is fairly easily "fixable".
