[MRCA] crossband 51.0 to VHF

To paraphrase TM 11-5820-667-12 (on AN/PRC-77), use of the PRC-77 for radio 
relay requires Retransmission Cable Kit MK-456/GRC and another radio.  I 
don't have the manuals on the MK-456 scanned and didn't crawl into the hot 
attic for the hard copies so I don't know what the kit consists of.  But the 
other radio could be another PRC-77, a PRC-25, or anything from the AN/VRC-12 
family.
