     I plan on bringing my NVIS Inverted V antennas as I did in 2007 for 
anyone who would like to try talkback to Gilbert with it.

     What about that simplex repeater that Al was video'ed with on 'CHE's 
web site?  That could work on 51 MHz from atop an intervening mountain.  I 
borrowed a similar 2M repeater for a public service event recently and it 
was very effective in relaying my sigs from down in a hole by a river bank.
