[MRCA] Looking for PRC-77 Schematics

Hi Dale,

Let me know when you expect to arrive and we can coordinate.

I was hoping to make a PRC-77 interoperate with sets that don't have 150 
Hz "New" squelch, or at least make it break squelch on a signal from a 
civilian radio with 151.4 PL.  There's not enough deviation on a 
standard PL tone to reliably unsquelch a New Squelch radio.
