[MRCA] Spring MRCA Event

Radio Station KW1I kw1i at earthlink.net
Fri Apr 3 10:51:36 EDT 2009

Rob,

Al and I are co-organizing. I believe he will be there through Sunday. He
will have your ID badge.

Read the segment below again from Fred about parking.

I think Fred will work something out for us as he says. He just doesn't
want a lot of civilian cars prominent where the military vehicles are
displayed. He says he can find a place for cars nearby. We will be lucky
to have more than a few MRCA people coming who have a carfull of stuff who
need close by parking.
Can vehicles park at or immediately adjacent to this space? (Some of us have
radios in our vehicles to demo) I believe we can work this out. Depends on
where exactly we put you. That being said, I would hope that you would not
park a lot of non-military vehicles there. We want to keep the atmosphere
in the show as military as possible. And keep in mind, there will be a lot
of people around, so we restrict vehicle movement to only what is necessary
during the show, so you would not want to have your personal non-military
vehicles there. We could find a place near where we set you up for you to
park, your personal vehicles if this is a problem. We do that for vendors.

Glad to hear you may come.

Dale
