Hi,
I asked Martin what the favorite part of the weekend was, fully expecting him to say the halftrack ride, but he said it was listening to his radio.  Thanks to Breck and his Wag-a-Talkie, which provided a test signal, we got a 75m coil wound for Martin's crystal set.  He then monitored Ted while he talked to the stations out on the Saturday morning exercise.  I wish I had a photo of him wearing his headphones and a big grin, giving a thumbs-up to indicate that he could hear Ted.
