[MRCA] Gilbert VHF

Hi Bill,

Usually, not much happens until about 1PM on Friday.  That's when we get 
everybody lined up for the field exercise to Big Pocono.  We try to get 
on the road at 2 and on the air at 3 PM.  If you don't want to come 
along up the mountain, we can alway use an extra operator at Gilbert.
