[MRCA] USB at Gilbert

Hi Breck,

I think we can deal with that.  However, it begs another question:  How 
many people would we cut out of the action if we used the Advanced or 
Extra band segments?  I can envision some long-range night-time 
operations involving folks that can't make it to Gilbert.  3800+ just 
seems to me like too much of a zoo for QRP, especially if we're so  rude 
as to use USB.
