Extending the thread Ray started, the township where Hara is located will not approve permits for the expansion or improvement of the facility. They see Hara as a pain that causes traffic problems and sits on prime land for development. Seems it is discouraging residential development. The reason they are paranoid about holes in the parking lot could be that they are not allowed to do any external maintenance. 
On the positive side, it was great seeing all of you that participated in the nets again!
