I agree - $400 is a bit high, unless it's including shipping to the US or
it's already here and in excellent working condition.
I picked up a more useful Russian transceiver, an R-130M (AM/CW/SSB, 50W,
1.5-12 MHz) with the 24V input power supply and antenna tuner at Dayton a
few years ago for $150. I paid another $100 for a set of brand new power
cable, microphone/headset and key, including shipping from Germany.
The radio is on the air at least twice a week (I even used it on the Navy
MARS net...).

It sounds a little high but not too far out of line. There is an
R-123 with power supply and no cables on ebay for 69 Euro buy it now.
Where is this stuff located, is it in the U.S. or overseas?
