[MRCA] Field Day Ops

I operated field day on battery power this year using military equipment and 
running low power levels of 5 watts or less.   All though I did not break
the MRCA field day record of 120 contacts set by K2WI last year  I did 
manage to make 112.
The Delaware State Bird the Mosquito was out in force.
