[MRCA] NEPL on 512kc

Rob,

I will be listening for you tonight at 2200 local on 512 kc.  If I hear you 
I will transmit TEST TEST DE WD2XSH/5 on 507 kc.  If I hear you and the LST 
I will be transmitting TEST TEST TEST DE WD2XSH/5.  If I don't hear either 
of you my repeating message content will be simply TEST DE WD2XSH/5.  I will 
be using my newly acquired Mackay Marine 2012C MF transmitter.  Signal 
reports are welcome.
