[MRCA] MRCA PRC-6 Land Distance Record

Gentlemen,
I have been informed via several reliable sources that Mark KD3ZK 
accomplished the first  two way QSO from the MRCA HQ to the mountain last 
year(2006). It now appears that the official MRCA PRC-6  land distance 
record is now tied and that Mark was the first one to set the record. It is 
a pleasure to share this honor with KD3ZK because now I now that he too has 
spent endless adult hours twiddling and tweaking his PRC-6. Perhaps next 
year we can establish a PRC-6 to PRC-6 record.
