[MRCA] PRC-10 and PRC-6 Land Record

Way to Go Breck!  (Where was Wacki Iraqi with the BC-1000)  W3PWW was 
running one of the 628K1's into a J-pole.  I gues that like a 
generation-X'er talking to a babyboomer's parents.
