[MRCA] 75-Meter Crystal Control

I concur with my favorite "Yankee Air Pirate". Brother Smith has an 
excellent idea. Let's get away from the hustling crowd and have some fun 
without having to compete with kilowatt-plus AM stations on 3885.

It might mean a few bucks worth of xtals and some time on the bench, but I 
think it will be worth it.

|    I think we should move the whole kit and caboodle (nets,field exercises
| etc.)as soon as possible to 3680 and establish a beachhead. It makes no
| sense to beat our heads against the wall on 3885. Its so easy to upgrade a
| license now------- so upgrading  is not a factor.
