Al,

First, did you lubricate the O-ring with silicone grease before you installed 
it?  It is impossible to mate a U-229/U with a dry O-ring.

Second, from the TM on the H-189/GR, the FSN for the O-ring was 
5330-905-6032.  Probably the current number is 5330-00-905-6032.  I can't cross that to a 
description but perhaps someone else can.
