Collector demand for the BC-605 has never been great, since it is used only when a BC-604 or BC-684 transmitter is NOT installed with a BC-603 receiver (SCR-538) or a BC-683 receiver (SCR-638).  The transmitter part of the SCR-508/528/608/628 provides the interphone function, so a BC-605 in an installation containing a BC-604/684 would be nonsense.  Still, your unit deserves presevation.

All the BC-605 units I've ever seen appear almost NOS, so I wonder how common those transmitter-less SCR-538/638 installations were.
