Hi all,
talking about summer activities made me think you might be interested to
have a look at the historical signals equipment display (all operational)
during the Swiss Army Days in fall 2006 by the Swiss group collecting army
signals equipment.

To see the pics go to http://www.ig-uem.ch/galerie/index.php which brings up
the gallery. Now select on top "Bilder Heerestage 06" and click "Album
zeigen". There is a selection of stuff shown plus some visitors. Has been
quite a success.

Sorry the text is all in German but I thought green radio stuff is without
language. Feel free to ask me any questions you might have. Just note that
the ciphering machine is not a German ENIGMA but a later Swiss construction
based on the same principle but with more complex mathematics. It's called
NEMA which stands for "NEw MAchine".
