Just looked you up on QRZ.com. NICE shack!!!!!

That ART-13  looks brand new! Is it??? (Just kidding!!)

Maryland is close enough for you to make the MCRA meet at the Gilbert (PA) 
fairgrounds in Sept. If you are going to be able to attend, PLEASE give me a 
heads up since I would really like to talk with you and interview you for an 
upcoming article in Popular Communications. I have been able to weave MilCom 
radio gear collecting and use into a couple of my HOMSEC columns in the 
past.

Should I decide to procure an ART-13 for W3OSS, what am I in for in 
converting it for use on the ham bands? I think they are REALLY COOL radios 
and would like to get my own on the air.

| can is marked with 60mm mortar nomenclature..... But, I believe this is
