Rich,  Check out Cheaper than Dirt or Brigade Quartermaster.  If no joy, 
I am certain that a local gun show will turn up whatever you need.  As I 
recall, that can, or similar, was used with ammo for the helicopter 
mini-gun...although that one was bigger than your dimension?  Maybe the 
airborne 20mm grenade launcher?  I'll confirm w/ my acft partner, as he 
was a CC/Gunner.  I looked at the several I have and none are stenciled 
as to what they contained???  Maybe they got oversprayed or 
something???  Just looked at the Command Post website.  Looks like it 
the 20mm can you need.  Its a big one!
