[MRCA] R-392 voltage

Breck.. The only real consideration is heat in the audio stage 
(especially the solid-state plug-in) and high overall filament voltage.  
Most of the  tubes are 26 volt types and 29v-30v gets them a bit hot.  
Having said that, and given the low time-of-usage of the average ham, 
maybe the higher voltage is not a problem?  But, I like to keep things 
cool and maybe preclude a problem.  See you at Timonium?
