On the subject of NVIS antennas, I have two AS-2259/GR antennas for sale.  
$125 plus shipping.  But I do not have any of the MX-9313/GR matching units 
(I've been looking for one for myself but no luck).  They don't come with the 
antenna as originally supplied as the antenna was originally made for the 
RT-671/PRC-47 where it screws directly onto the radio.
