[MRCA] ALICE FM

Having just received my ALICE Pack (med), packframe, shoulder & waist 
straps, cargo straps (though, I still need a cargo shelf), I am wondering if 
the US Army, in it's infinite wisdom, has a FM on the proper rigging and use 
of the ALICE system? Methinks there is probably one out there....I just need 
the nomenclature to do a search.

Anyone?
