You can use standard ALICE
"cargo straps" designed to be used with the ALICE pack frame. They are a
cinch type strap with a  quick release buckle.
Check on ebay now at:

Or do a Google on ALICE Cargo straps or quick release straps.

Also I am sure that you will see quite a few at the MRCA meet/Vehicle rally
at Gilbert in two weeks.
