[MRCA] FS Transworld PRC-1099

This is an unused PRC-1099 HF manpack.  Radio was manufactured during the
mid to late eighties but has been in storage since then.  Radio has a few
scratches and handling marks from being in storage, but is in great shape.
The 1099 will be supplied with battery box, new AB-591 antenna base and new
AT-271 antenna.  You will need a battery and handset to get the radio on the
air.  Radio passes BITE tests, RX and TX tests also good.  On-air tests show
good audio with no FMing.  Here's your chance to get an excellent condition
