[MRCA] BC-669-D and BC-654

This 669-D is all wrinkle OD green with the exception of the PE-110-C
power supply which is wrinkle black. The tray for the PS and the cabinet
(less front cover) is also OD green. All cables that connect the PSU to
the radio are with the unit. I guess the RM-21-D may be the remote for
this unit but perhaps the RM-21-C or other variants will work. There
appear to be some differences in the various units from what I can find
