[MRCA] AS-2259 mount

Breck,  At your leisure.  I have both the original mounts (the one for 
the PRC-47 and the "other" one) in my rollup kit.  I was going to make 
up something to include an adaptor post and one of the smaller MFJ 
tuners, all in a base-mount aluminum box.  Before I move out, I'd like 
to be privy to what you've come up with.
