[MRCA] VHF Low Band Listening

The PRC-77 manual indicates normal voice bandwidth up to 3KHz and
Encrypted up to 20KHz spectrum. Don't know what the actual transmitted
bandwith on full key-up is but it's at least 20KHz for encryption.
Well, I'm heading to the relatively big Iola military vehicle/collectors
show in Iola, WI in two weeks. Maybe someone will be active on 51MHz at
that time.
Just need to find a good PRC-104 now.
