[MRCA] VHF Low Band Listening

My wife at one time had 3 scanners in the kitchen. She would listen to the 
neighborhood's phone conversations,  When the President landed at the Base, 
our kitchen sounded like a Command Post. She first saw me  BTW in Lexington 
KY when I was walking down the street wearing headphones and carrying a two 
meter regen transceiver which used I think a 3S4 . . . so she knew what she 
was getting into.
