[MRCA] VHF Low Band Listening

Thanks for the info.  Well, from Madison, WI I picked up audio from
Channel 4 in Milwaukee, Channel 4 from Iowa and Channel 2 from Iowa.  All
several hundred miles away.  My wife picked my up doing a test on 51 MHz
from 4 miles away on a scanner and had me LC.  That was using the 10 foot
whiop.

Like I said, I mainly bought it since I'm a military surplus collector but
no reason not to combine it with my amateur license.
