[MRCA] PRC-64 Battery Pack - need low power regulator

Hi Breck:

Many thanks for responding.

I was on your site and saw your solution. Initially I was going to try that 
but then saw these 12VDC 1.3A/Hr SLAs that fit vertically into the PRC-64 
battery box with room to spare.

I got mine from ZBattery (www.zbattery.com) and they cost about $7.50/each. 
Also bought one of there 1A 12V SLA chargers since I wanted something that I 
could toss in the glove box and not worry about having a seperate chassis 
(like my homebrew SLA charger) to lug around. These are item code UB1213. I 
ordered them three days ago and they arrived tonight!!

I will let you know how I approach this problem. Hope to have this on the 
air by the time of the MRCA Meet at Gilbert in Sept.
