[MRCA] Collins 18M WWII transmitter-receiver

Ludwig,

I don't have any paper on it under either nomenclature, but the 18M was also 
know as the Navy TCH.

I do have the as-found tube compliment of another unit someone else found (in 
case yours is missing any tubes and if the chassis isn't marked by each 
socket).
