[MRCA] BC-610 Speech Processer ?

Picked up a component that looks like the speech module for a BC-610. No ID tags. It has a speaker on the center front and two red lights with a toggle switch under each in the upper right. The two knobs, lower left, say "AF Gain - Speaker" & "AF Gain - Phones". On the back, in the lower left hand side, the holes are labeled "Red" & "Green". The connector is a four hole female. 

What is the correct ID on this? Photo available.
