[MRCA] W0CXX/29 Explanation

  For those of you who may not have heard by other means by now, they have
posted an explanation of what happened to the special event station W0CXX/29

Just hit the link called "Where was W0CXX/29"
  Having been one who was there, I can attest to the noise problems. It had
to be the worst location for noise I have ever seen. (Downtown Cedar Rapids)
The computer network in the building didn't help any either. There was very
little trouble with the equipment actually, but the noise did make us
suspect it a few times though. We couldn't hear someone across town, much
less across the state or even farther.
