[MRCA] bc-1066b

I've got one of them here also.  SOmeone put dynotape on it that says 2
meter receiver.  I suspect it's been converted to AC as well cause of
the cord coming out the back end of it.  It's just setting in the garage
till i figure out what i'm going to do with it.
