[MRCA] RT-70 progress

Hi Gene,

I don't think you'll have any trouble with the PRC-25 and 
long antenna.  The PRC-77 worked well from Big Pocono, 
probably better than the HF rigs.  I don't really know what 
I was talking to in Gilbert, but it was a hand-carried thing 
with modes antenna.
