[MRCA] Tactical Radio Events at the September MRCA Meet

Thanks, I'll try to get up that early (0400 central) and check in some
Saturday. I have my ARC 5 RX and TX running now and need to finish up the
homebrew modulator. Haven't found a MD series plate mod tranny yet so am
using a old TV power transformer.
I saw a mod to do this for a Viking Ranger and thought it was a good idea to
try.
