[MRCA] Tactical Radio Events at the September MRCA Meet

I'll be listening on 3885 but don't believe I'll hear you down here in SE
Alabama. My BC611 was also on 3885 but alas I don't have it anymore. My
ex-wife got rid of a lot of my "JUNQUE" while I was in medical school.
