[MRCA] TCS-14 project on historic schooner in Seattle

I live in the Seattle area and came across an old TCS-14 on board a
historic ship they have docked here that is being restored. Here are
the pictures and the information I've been able to gather so far:

I believe this radio was used during WWII around 1943 or so when the
schooner WAWONA was turned into barge BCL-710.

I don't have any experience restoring old radios like this, and I've
only been involved with amateur radio for about a year.  Still it
seems like it would be an exciting project to get this back up and
operational.  I'd really like to be able to participate in the museum
ship radio event next July from the Wawona, if necessary from my own
equipment but hopefully sometime in the future from this radio.

So - anybody out there interested in participating in this project by
helping me figure out what it would take to get this radio back on the
air?
