Hi Gang,

The artwork for the brochures is ready to go to the printer
on Monday. The they should be in the mail the first 
week of February.
Just a reminder, since you are getting this email you must
have access to the internet. 
Keep in mind the ALL of the info that's in the printed 
brochure and much more is on the club's web page, including a full detailed schedule, contest listing, printable pre-registertion form,
instructions for making you hotel reservations via email,and instruction on paying you conference fees on-line via PayPal.

We encourage you to get your vendor spaces reserved early
since flea market space is limited. We were almost full last
year, if it continues to grow like it has in the past few 
years, we will very likely run out of vendor space.
