Hi Dave,

Just a quick update. I took your advise and sent a Postal Money Order to
Charlie at Seacoast. I sent it with a tracking number and I have
confirmation from the US Postal Service that he received the money
order. Even after he received the money order he sent e-mail to e-bay
saying that I did not pay him, and filed a non-paying bidder complaint.
This has been removed by e-bay after I sent them copies of the money
order, as well as the tracking number and confirmation of receipt.

I have taken further steps with the post office, which will take a while
to resolve. Needless to say, at this time I am still out the money sent
to him via the money order (until the postal inspector completes the
investigation) and of course, have not received the items paid for.

I do feel good that I took your advise and sent the money. As you said,
it is now very clear who has not fulfilled their obligation in this
transaction.
