[MRCA] RAL-7 part

The RAL-7 doesn't have a VFO. it is a TRF-REGENERATIVE receiver. if i 
remember correctly, the RF section may have a shield/cover plate. i love those RAL & 
RAK receivers...great pieces of gear, just too heavy & too big for my shack!
