[MRCA] FT-237 and BC-603/604

My original question was about simple way to modify the 603/604 to
change from WBFM to NBFM. Back in the early 1950's there were a lot
of 603/604's used on 11 meters and were NBFM (about +/- 10Kc) but
do not remember how it was done. Remember it was simple and did not
butcher the rigs.
