[Motorola] TEK23 Power Supply Manual

I recently picked up a Motorola TEK23 power supply.  It powers up and has adjustable voltage output.  The current limiting feature seems somewhat erratic.  Could be the current range switch needs some cleaning up.  A manual or schematic would be very helpful.
