[Motorola] NTN8375A charger

Moto doesn't produce service manuals for most (any?) charger... they're
disposable. Those particular chargers are junk anyway... they cook
batteries, kinda like the early Jedi chargers. If you're charging Visars (or
KVL3000s), you should upgrade to the NTN8076 or a Visar/KVL cup in an impres
(WPLN4111-style or gang) charger.
