[Motorola] Questions re NKN-6099A Adapter Cable

The NKN6099A adapter cable connects a PT400 "Lunchbox" radio to the S1059A
Test Set.  It has a DE-9 connector on one end, and a 20-pin connector on the
other end.  Some info is available here:
