[Motorola] Questions re NKN-6099A Adapter Cable

This is the adapter cable for tuning up a PT-400 on a
Motorola test set.

First, does anyone have one they'd like to sell?

Second, anyone have the sheet on the cable, with schematic?
     It will not be hard to figure it out, but would like a copy
     of the "official" document for the files.

Third, if I can't locate the official document,  did the test set end of 
the cable terminate in the 20 pin rectangular connector, or an 11 pin 
"octal style" connector?

Also, looking for any PT-400 stuff, parts units, power packs, etc.
