[Motorola] Motorola 2002D, S/N 415KPL000xxx

Looking for counsel and guidance repairing a Motorola 2002D 
frequency/modulation monitor & signal generator.  The unit is "dead" 
excluding the power LED on the front panel.  The power supply seems 
to be "OK" inasmuch as its output voltages seem to be correct.

The next stage of the power chain, however, seems to be the seat of 
my problem.  Input voltages appear to be "OK" but out[put voltages 
are nonexistent.  As is with many used purchases,  the manual I have 
is for the same model but a slightly different configuration and, 
consistently, not the second sage in the power supply chain.

Any thoughts out there?  I'll appreciate any and all thoughts and 
ideas and, most especially, if someone has PDFs of this unit that 
they'd care to share.
