[Motorola] HT-200 charger question

There are 2 bulbs for charging:
24V 40ma type 1819 for low duty cycle and
14V  80 mA type 756, for high duty cycle.
The neon trickle charge lamp is an NE51-H.
My charger has not been used for a long time.
i replaced all the NiCads with 3 - 18650 LiIon cells.
Works great and they stay charged on the shelf with out trickle charging for years.
No more Ni Cads for me.
My PT-400's all have LiIon cells running at 16VDC.
